KATE Innovations receives investment via ´Voordegroei´

Utrecht, September 7, 2018 – KATE Innovations has received an investment via funding platform Voordegroei. With this financial injection, KATE Innovations wants to further professionalize as well as expand to other countries in Europe.

KATE Innovations has, in a short period of time, grown to be one of the key players in the field of digitalization of the commercial real estate sector in the Netherlands. KATE started in 2015 with a valuation platform: Platform KATE. Now, three years later, Platform KATE is being increasingly implemented in the ecosystem of the commercial real estate sector. In this way, KATE anticipates on the fast changing needs of advisors, banks, and owners.

Proof of success

Since the establishment of the company, KATE Innovations has gone through rapid developments. Besides already serving five of the ten biggest real estate advisors in the Netherlands, including the market leader, KATE is making her first steps in other European countries, such as the United Kingdom, France and Germany. Through the launch of the ‘Conflictcheck’, the ‘Reporting tool’, the exchanging of data via XBRL and the comparable tool ‘Compview’, we are able to realize eminent efficiency in existing processes. Besides that, we will launch the Mobile Inspection Tool next month, which allows for sending information and pictures directly to the platform via your tablet or smartphone. Furthermore, Platform KATE offers the possibility to digitally link and analyse internal and external data so that you will always get the best insights”.

Voordegroei

Voordegroei is an online investing platform which connects growth companies and affluent individuals. These individuals are able to procure loans to companies who have shown to be successful.
