In 2016, Rutger Janssen, Erik Schlooz and Roderik Gerritsma created the foundation for the current KATE Platform out of frustration of commercial real estate’s inefficient valuation process. The platform offers a link between advisors, banks and property owners and organizes the entire valuation process from A to Z. Currently, companies such as Cushman & Wakefield and Savills use the software.
