Service desk & support employee

Does your heart beat faster with happy customers? Then we have an interesting position available for you! Our support team is looking for a service desk employee. The position is for 40 hours a week.

What does your day look like as a service desk employee?

You will act as the first point of contact for all IT-related questions from our customers about our KATE Platform. All telephone or ticket-desk requests go through you, and it’s up to you to provide appropriate 1st advice. If you can’t work it out, you make sure it is passed on to the right colleague. You also provide support for larger software projects, which is a nice change from incident management. The wide variety of subjects makes time fly by.

But I’m not such an omnivore yet.

You will receive intensive guidance so that we can introduce you to our systems and prepare you for the most common questions. We will then go through several practical cases and then it’s your turn! It doesn’t matter if you can’t answer some cases straight away. You will be part of a 4-person support team so you are definitely not alone!

Your profile:

• You have relevant work experience in a customer service role;
• An ICT education is an advantage;
• You have good communication skills;
• You have a friendly attitude and analytical thinking skills;
• You are patient, stress-resistant and representative.
