About KATE

KATE Innovations is a young (5 years old) and ambitious growing company specialising in software development for the real estate market. What started with building a process tool for appraisers in the Netherlands has now grown into an advanced platform for clients inside and outside the Netherlands. With our platform, we serve major international real estate consultants such as Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang Lasalle, Savills and NAI, among others. But international banks, appraisers and investors are also supported by our platform.

In summary, we develop the foundation for innovation in the global real estate market. We are constantly adding new innovative solutions to our platform to transform the market into a digital sector even faster and easier. An important step in this transition is learning from the behaviour of our platform users. Based on this knowledge, we can make our platform even more responsive to our customers’ needs and requirements.

About you

As an intern at KATE, you will help to optimise the company’s image and position its proposition as sharply as possible. You will work directly with the managing director and the director of business development.

Furthermore, as an intern you can experience what it is like to work in a fast-growing international company and how products are developed from an idea to a final product. Personal development is also an important part for us. We operate as a team and help each other where necessary. As a team, you win and lose together, which is a core value in our team. We aim for you to get as much out of your internship as possible.
