Who are we?

KATE consists of 16 employees and continues to grow in the year 2023. Besides hard work, fun is just as important. From darts in the kitchen, waves in the workplace to quarterly team outings.

To expand our business team, we are looking for a Business consultant. As a consultant, you will help clients transform their real estate issues into sustainable IT solutions. You will also help clients to optimise their work processes by means of IT. You are their point of contact and sparring partner.

Your profile

You are a real estate professional who has an affinity with IT in addition to real estate or would like to develop this further. You are solution-oriented and know how to identify the real questions the customer is asking. You also know how to answer the real questions with IT solutions, enabling the client to be competitive in the market and future-proof.

We ask

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
• 3 – 6 years’ experience
• Affinity with IT
• Real estate knowledge
• Willing to learn and travel
• Strong communicator
• Command of the English language.
• Good ability to switch between different clients and environments
