KATE Innovations launches Mobile Inspection Tool at Cushman & Wakefield

KATE Innovations has launched the Mobile Inspection Tool (MIT) at Cushman & Wakefield in Amsterdam yesterday. The MIT is connected to KATE’s valuation platform, which means all inspection data and pictures synchronise directly. This allows valuers to take the needed steps in the valuation process on location both quickly and easily by using a smartphone or tablet.

Frank Adema, Head of Valuation and Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield: “With the Mobile Inspection Tool, we are making the next step towards a data driven valuation process. As a result, our valuers can focus more on the quality of their valuations”.

The MIT is the latest addition to the KATE software line. Previously, valuers had to collect data of property, go back to the office, and fill in all the collected data on a computer. Because the MIT is directly connected to KATE’s valuation platform, a colleague at the office could finish the valuation and send it out before the inspecting valuer is back behind his or her computer.

KATE Innovations lanceert Mobiele Inspectie Tool bij Cushman & Wakefield 

KATE Innovations heeft vandaag de Mobiele Inspectie Tool (MIT) gelanceerd op het kantoor van Cushman & Wakefield in Amsterdam. De MIT is gekoppeld aan het KATE taxatieplatform waardoor alle inspectiegegevens en gemaakte foto’s direct synchroniseren. Hierdoor kunnen taxateurs gemakkelijk en snel de nodige stappen in het taxatieproces op locatie doorlopen doormiddel van een smartphone of tablet.

De MIT is de nieuwste toevoeging aan de KATE software lijn. Voorheen moesten taxateurs tijdens een inspectie de gegevens van het pand verzamelen, terugkeren naar kantoor en daar de gegevens invullen op een computer. Doordat de MIT direct gekoppeld is aan KATE kan een collega op kantoor de taxatie nu afronden en uitsturen nog voor de inspecterende taxateur weer plaats neemt achter zijn of haar computer.
