Who we are
KATE is a young company with a growing and dynamic team. People with a passion for their work. Together we develop the most innovative solutions to answer the customer’s questions and respond to the market. We are part of the BORON Valuation Group with the mission “building a better real estate”.
KATE consists of 25 employees and will continue to grow in 2023. In addition to hard work, fun is just as important. From darts in the kitchen, golf on the work floor to a team outing every quarter.
Your role
Your role as a Technical Consultant for KATE
As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with the Business Consultants and develop yourself in a technical environment. You will configure systems, solve technical problems and contribute to process improvement. This is an entry level position where you will have the opportunity to grow in a dynamic team.Tasks involved in this position are:
- You will process incoming tickets and resolve technical issues.
- You will configure KATE systems using PHP and customize reporting codes.
- You support colleagues on technical issues and think about process improvements.
- You work closely with Business Consultants to translate customer questions into technical solutions.
- You optimize existing processes within the software package of KATE.
Your profile
You stand strong and take responsibility where necessary. Customer and
service orientation are highly valued at KATE. In addition, you are energized by the technical knowledge behind KATE’s software package. You also recognize yourself in the following:
- A completed MBO education (level 4) in IT, Real Estate or a related field.
- Affinity with programming (PHP is an advantage, but not a must).
- A solution-oriented and hands-on mindset.
- Good communication skills and customer focus.
- An eager to learn and independent working attitude.
