Who are we?
KATE Innovations is a proptech scale-up based in Utrecht. We are an ambitious and growing company specializing in software development for the real estate market. What began as the creation of a process tool for appraisers in the Netherlands has since evolved into an advanced platform for clients both within and outside the Netherlands.
KATE Innovations was founded in 2016 out of frustration with the inefficient commercial real estate valuation process, which is why KATE developed software that organizes the entire valuation process from start to finish. Today, KATE offers IT solutions that improve collaboration between advisors, banks, and property owners within the real estate sector’s ecosystem.
Your role as a Real Estate Professional
To expand our business team, we are looking for a Business Consultant. As a consultant, you will collaborate with clients to transform their real estate challenges into sustainable IT solutions. Additionally, you will help clients optimize their work processes through IT. You will serve as their point of contact and strategic partner. You will be the first point of contact for your clients and build long-term relationships. As a sparring partner, you think proactively, ask critical questions, and come up with innovative ideas. You work closely with internal teams and ensure that solutions are successfully implemented and embraced within the client’s organization.
In short, you combine in-depth knowledge of real estate with IT expertise and consulting skills to make a real impact for our clients.
We ask
- Minimum higher vocational education (HBO) working and thinking level.
- 3–6 years of experience
- Affinity with IT
- Real estate knowledge
- Ready to learn and travel
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to switch effectively between different clients and environments
