After working in real estate for over a decade, Rutger knew the industry needed drastic innovation. He left his job as a valuer and turned to enterpreneurship with the mission of KATE to change the way real estate works!

Between 2016 and today, Roderik has managed to build the KATE platform from the ground up and transform it into the successful software it is today. This man knows every inch of KATE. And don't underestimate his devastating tennis serve!

Lefteris is from Cyprus. What he enjoys most about being a developer is the opportunity to solve complex and challenging problems and collaborate with great minds from around the world. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, playing with cats, and listening to music.

Dennis worked as a professional barista for years, but has now found a new challenge at KATE. Here, he enthusiastically immerses himself in software development and learns everything about real estate appraisals from the ground up. Outside of work, Dennis expresses his creativity through photography, enjoys spending time with friends, and enjoys driving.

Technisch Consultant

Mart is our technical consultant. This field is new to him, but he doesn't shy away from challenges, both at work and in his free time. Sports are his outlet; by 2025, he wants to run a half marathon and bench press 100 kg. He's also looking for creative growth: he's learning the piano, with the dream of creating his own music.

With experience at the intersection of technology and real estate, Rody is always looking for opportunities to make the sector smarter together. High energy consumption is due to the same energy consumption and is transferred to digitalization. What work? You don't have to play golf on the golf course.

Front-end developer

Mario is a passionate developer who loves coding. He's always striving to build a fantastic front-end for the KATE application. He's the go-to person for meeting client needs during a new implementation or keeping the code up-to-date. When he's not behind the screen, you can find him exploring nature by cycling or hiking.

Bauke Hoekstra

Product Owner

Bauke connects business and development and ensures that what is built truly adds value for the user. Driven by innovation, he translates complex problems into intuitive solutions. Outside of KATE, you will often find him doing odd jobs around his house or pursuing creative hobbies such as stained glass and pottery.

Max Felis

AI engineer

Max is an AI engineer at KATE. With a backbone as a full-stack web developer, the slim, deployable AI options combine the technology and practicality in a convenient way. In this year there is a place in the sports school in the area, he works on his own projects and there is a bar on the cafeteria.

Wouter Veen

Back-end Developer

Wouter is a PHP developer at KATE and brings a solid foundation in software development. With his knowledge of PHP (OOP) and Linux, he helps build lean, reliable digital solutions. In his free time, you can find him in a bouldering gym or in his kitchen at home.
