Link between Agrimeter and KATE Innovations

In recent months, work has been underway to establish an API link between Agrimeter and KATE Innovations. This will allow users of Agrimeter and KATE Innovations to work even more efficiently. The link between the two systems allows data from reference objects to be read in directly. The appraiser no longer needs to manually enter address data, characteristics, and transaction data. The link is now technically ready and will become available after the test phase.

Agricultural database

Agrimeter is an agricultural database developed by Vastgoedpro and the NVR. Through a map-driven user interface, the database provides access to all agricultural transactions where the appraiser can choose between pure land transactions and farm transactions.

Expert on agricultural and commercial real estate

KATE Innovations is a software provider of appraisal software. The focus at KATE Innovations is on being able to efficiently perform and report valuations of agricultural and commercial properties. In addition, KATE Innovations allows appraisers to submit appraisals in XBRL to banks through SBR NEXUS.

Industry-wide data sharing

Agrimeter and KATE Innovations operate on the belief that it is essential to share industry-wide data to create a high-quality database. Agrimeter users have the ability to add their own file containing media, characteristics, descriptions, building information, company-specific data and more, in addition to the information available from the system at object level. The file can be accessed by other Agrimeter users on request.
