KATE launches recreation platform

In cooperation with Kruidenier Recreatie Bedrijfsmakelaardij and Den Otter Van Vliet, KATE has developed a special valuation platform aimed at valuing Leisure real estate. In addition to a more efficient working method, a data structure has been developed that makes it possible to digitally exchange data with clients, other valuation companies and owners. Besides leisure real estate, BOG appraisals can also be processed through the same platform.

Henk-Jan Kruidenier: “In this specialized market, customization is required and KATE proved able to meet our need for secure, fast and efficient data exchange with banks. Also in the area of recreation we can now make efficiency steps while maintaining the quality of our reports.” This refers to, among other things, the XBRL delivery required by the three major banks. William den Otter: “We want to be ready for the future and serve our clients in the best possible way. Data are increasingly important and are taking our sector to the next step.”

KATE aims to make the entire valuation market more data driven in which the focus is on quality. In addition to Leisure real estate, several specialties will be added. We will keep everyone informed.
