With the KATE Data Management Service, KATE is launching a new solution that enables organizations to build trust in the data environment based on insight and control. The new service provides the ability to structure, combine, assess and compare internal and external data. This provides insight into the current data quality and the steps to be taken toward high-quality business-ready data. In addition, it provides the ability to make data available to other departments within the organization in a controlled and secure manner. With this, the entire organization always works with the most up-to-date data available.

The service is the next step for KATE Innovations to give other departments of real estate consultants and banks better insight and control over data in addition to its existing valuation platform.KATE’s Data Management Service is a stand-alone product within KATE Innovations’ portfolio.

Ook beschikt het platform over een Transaction Rating Model, deze kwalificeert (met behulp van sterren) de volledigheid van de beschikbare data.
