DuPa 2.0

KATE Innovations integrates DuPa 2.0 into valuation software in collaboration with CFP Green Buildings

KATE Innovations has integrated the DuPa Module of CFP Green Buildings into its valuation software as of February 15, 2024. This means that valuers spend a lot less time filling in the Sustainability Paragraph 2.0 (DuPa 2.0). With this automation, KATE Innovations reduces the filling and interpretation of the DuPa 2.0 from 3 hours to 45 minutes.

DuPa Module in KATE Innovations software

CFP Green Buildings’ expertise in sustainability analysis enables detailed insights into the sustainability performance of buildings using online tools. The Sustainability Paragraph Module (DuPa Module) enables appraisers to provide their clients with comprehensive reports that reflect not only the financial value of real estate, but also its sustainability performance. It also provides insight into potential investments to achieve a better energy label.

Largest sustainability database in the Netherlands

The collaboration between KATE Innovations and CFP gives appraisers direct access to the largest sustainability database in the Netherlands: more than 3,500,000 buildings have been categorized by CFP with various sustainability parameters. This makes CFP the party with the highest quality sustainability data.

New standard in valuation software

Erik Schlooz, CEO of KATE Innovations: “For years, CFP has been the digital market standard for financial service providers, real estate owners and appraisers when it comes to sustainability data. By joining forces, we can make 70% of the DuPa 2.0 available automatically. In this area, CFP offers the highest quality data in the most efficient way. With this strategic collaboration, we are joining forces to set a new standard in appraisal software.”

Bram Adema, CEO of CFP Green Buildings: “CFP is delighted to be working with KATE. By combining our expertise in sustainability data with KATE’s expertise in valuation software, we can provide valuers with the most comprehensive and accurate information. This will enable them to make better-informed decisions for their clients and start making a difference.
