Utrecht, May 26, 2020, Software company KATE Innovations, developer of real estate process digitization platform, receives an investment from BORON to expand its product portfolio and international expansion in Belgium, Germany, Russia and the United Kingdom.

KATE Platform: link between advisors, banks and owners

The foundation for the current KATE Platform was laid in 2016 by Rutger Janssen, Erik Schlooz and Roderik Gerritsma out of frustration with the inefficient commercial real estate valuation process. The platform forms the link between advisors, banks and property owners and organizes the entire valuation process from A to Z. Meanwhile, companies such as Cushman & Wakefield, Savills and the National Real Estate Agency use the software.
