Agricultural valuation platform reaches milestone

Last year, KATE innovations’ agricultural valuation platform achieved a wonderful milestone. One year after its launch, the 1250th valuation was completed. This makes it the most widely used valuation platform for the agricultural sector.

The platform was developed in close cooperation with the agrarian valuation industry. This represents an important step in the digitization of agricultural valuations. By working with a data structure, it offers opportunities to submit valuation reports to the major banks via XBRL in the future.

Agricultural calculation models

Since September 2021, it is also possible to use the calculation module. This module consists of several validated calculation models for different valuation purposes. This allows the appraiser to perform a complete calculation digitally according to NRVT standards.
