This initiative stems from the vision to position the value of appraisers as the core of real estate decisions more strongly and to safeguard the future of the profession.
The idea for the Taxatie Kennisplein was initiated by CEO Erik Schlooz. He saw that appraisers are often the invisible link in the real estate market, even though their expertise is essential for well-informed decisions by investors, financiers, developers, and owners. The Taxatie Kennisplein aims to highlight this value and make the profession accessible to the younger generation.

Thanks to our extensive network, we have been able to bring in no fewer than nine partners, with whom we are jointly bringing the Taxatie Kennisplein (Valuation Knowledge Center) to life. This collaboration ensures that we can not only share the latest developments in the valuation market, but also promote innovation and knowledge sharing. The first applications for participation in 2026 have already been received!
